WORLD DAY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE, 20TH FEBRUARY.

Today is observed as World Day of Social Justice, this day is among the declared days by United Nations and observed by all nations. It is an annually observed day .
The day amplifies the need to promote efforts to tackle lingering issues that affect the social well-being of generality of the human populace, some of which include poverty, exclusion and unemployment.

On this day, Organizations working on social justice around the world present plans for greater social justice by tackling poverty, social and economic exclusion and unemployment.

Activities to commemorate the day may range from one
NGOs and INGOs to another and other stakeholders involved all of them will call for fair outcome for all through employment, social protection, social dialogue and fundamental principles and rights. This May also include development of ideal topics for teaching students in schools and other institutions of learning about the need for social justice (but are not limited to) childhood poverty, global citizenship, human rights and sustainable development.
