The world over and Nigeria in particular is blessed with different cultures and are wide spread in different parts of the country. Each of these cultures has its own way of life and living. Equitable exchange and dialogue among civilizations, cultures and people, base on mutual understanding and respect as well as equal dignity of all cultures are the essential prerequisite for constructing social cohesion, reconcillation among people and peace among nations.
