WORLD TELEVISION DAY, 21st November.
The 21st November every year is observed as World television day. The day is designated to enlighten the world over to commemorate the importance of television as an important component of information dissemination.
The day also look into the origin of television, inventor, and it’s stage of development and it’s contribution to the development of human and nation at large.
Information stakeholders around the world working on dissemination of information including government agencies and NGOs both local and Internationally organise programmes to sensitized the public on the day. Jumali and MDSCF join the world over to commemorate the day.
