INTERNATIONAL DAY TO END OBSTETRICS FISTULA; 23rd May.

The 23td of May every year is observed as International day to end obstetric fistula.
The day is aimed at creating awareness on the obstetrics fistula problem and work to end it. There are many agencies engaged in series of programmes to
raise awareness on the day and it’s importance.

Theme for the commemoration of the day could stem from the involvement of stakeholders where an agreed theme is drawn and captures in the days observance.

Jumali in partnership with MDSCF join the world over especially the agencies working on obstetric fistula and related issues to commemorate the day.
