INTERNATIONAL DAY OF WOMEN JUDGES; 10th March.
Today is observed as International day of women judges. It is a UN declared day celebrated every 10th of March in all UN member nations.
The day’s camping”Women in justice, women for justice”. It is aimed at promoting and bringing together judges from all levels of judiciary worldwide with the objective of creating a powerful network of influencial leaders committed to equal justice.
The day recognizes the achievement of women in the judiciary.
JTSLTA and MDSCF join the womens’ group around the world especially the NGOs working with women organisations to commemorate the day.
