WORLD HUMANITARIAN DAY; 19th August.
A day dedicated to recognize humanitarian personel and those who have lost their lives for humanitarian cause.
The 19th of August every year is observed as World Humanitarian Day, it was established by United Nations Organization as a special day for those who make a difference in all societies of the world and inspire others with their energy and enthusiasm.
The day is directed towards honouring Humanitarian efforts worldwide and propagating the idea of supporting people in crises.
Organizations working on humanitarian aids, including Civil Society, NGOs, and Government agencies collectively on this day advocates on behalf of the entire humanitarian community.
Theme is drawn every year to commemorate the day.
Jumali and MDSCF partners in progress who in one way or the other directly or indirectly provide succour to the needy join the world over to commemorate the Day and add their voices especially in this difficult times people are into, a time to call for support from philanthropist, cooperate organizations and government and other stakeholders to join hands on this day.
