ZERO DISCRIMINATION DAY; 1st March.
The 1st day of March every year is observed as Zero Discrimination day.
Zero is synonyms to 0, nil, No, Null, the numeric symbol that represents the cardinal number.
The day is declared by UN and observed by all member countries.
The day aims at promoting equality before the law and in practice throughout all of the member countries of the UN.
On this day, UNAIDS called on people to voice around zero discrimination and to speak up and prevent discrimination from standing in the way of achieving ambitions, goals and dreams.
The day is particularly noted by Organizations that combat discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS, HIV related stigma and discrimination is pervasive and exists in almost every part of the world.
Jumali as a training academy a Non- Governmental Organization join other organizations working on discrimination and related issues to speak up and prevent discrimination.
