HUMAN RIGHTS DAY, 10th December.
Today is Human Rights Day,.
Every 10th of December, United Nations declare it as Human rights day.
Human rights are the rights that are meant to enjoyed by all humans and they are not to be deprived. These rights are stated in the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and they include among others right to freedom of association, right to freedom of expression, right to vote and be voted for , right to education etc.
The day is normally marked both by high-level political conferences and meetings and and by cultural events and exhibitions, online program dealing with human rights issues.
Many Governmental and Non Governmental Organizations working as human right activist schedule special events to commemorate the day as so do many Civil and social-cause organization.
Human rights are nowadays being abused knowingly or unknowingly, the seek to sensitize and create awareness on what human right stands for and its importance .
Jumali and MDSCF join the UN member Nations, the human rights groups and association all over the world to commemorate the day.
