INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE, 21st September.

Today is 21st of September, it is observed as
International Day of Peace, also known as World Peace Day.
It is a United Nations declared and observed by all member Nations on this day.
The day was establish in 1981 by United Nations General Assembly two decades, later in 2001 resolution unanimous and sanctioned holiday.

The day is devoted to strengthening the deal of peace both within and outside our nation.
It also recognizes the efforts of those who have worked hard to end war.

Theme of this year 2022 International peace day; ” End racism, build peace” , we all have a role to fostering peace. Tacking racism is a crucial way to contribute to peace building. Our active collaboration and empathy is needed in these difficult times.

Organizations around the world including INGOs, NGOs, CBOs, CSOs and other government agencies as part of their role to organize a multiple worldwide by all member Nations including seminars and conferences to address peace building across the members.

Jumali as a training academy whom peace building is part of its curriculum, joined the UN member Nations today to add their voices to peace building.
