WORLD BOOK AND THE COPYRIGHT DAY: 23rd April.
Today is observed as World Book and Copyright day. The day is celebrated in over 100 countries and territories annually. It is a day observed by professional bodies, voluntarily organizations, schools, private business which has resulted to growing number of partners, that give rise to an opportunity for reflection on a significant theme.
This day is observed by millions of people and has won over a considerable number of people from every continent and all cultural backgrounds for the cause of books and copyright. It has enabled them to discover, make the most of and explore in greater depth a multitude aspect of publishing world. Some of which include among others; Books as vectors of values and knowledge, and depository of the intangible heritage; Books as windows in diversity of cultures and as tools for dialogue; Books as source of material wealth and copy right-minded works of creative artists to mentioned but few. All these aspects have been the subject of numerous awareness rising and promotional initiatives that have had a genuine impact.

Jumali as voluntarily and training organization join the world over and partners in progress especially in world of books and publications to observe this day.
