INTERNATIONAL DAY OF UN PEACE KEEPING; 29th MAY.
This is observed anually on this Day . It is aimed at paying tribute to the uniformed personnel and civilians for their invaluable contributions to honor the peacekeepers that have lost their lives while serving. These personnel protect civilian lives and properties as well as ensuring the presence of peace.
Peace is a necessity and it gives hope.
As we observe this day, Jumali and MDSCF call all concerned to work together to make peacekeeping more effective in protecting people and advancing global peace.
